About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive membership offering framework that delivers compelling benefits, experiences, and rewards across channels and touchpoints.

You will spearhead cross-functional collaboration to create an integrated customer-focused value proposition for grown-ups, driving membership growth and significant commercial impact.

The successful candidate will have expertise in different membership types, including subscription, tiering, and freemium models, applied in a combined digital and physical context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated customer-centric value-exchange that offers compelling reasons for grown-ups to join and stay, leading to high commercial returns.
  • Lead the cross-functional development of the LEGO Group Membership benefits and rewards framework in partnership with Product Management Department (PMD), including membership design principles, commerciality, and ROI.
  • Partner with the Membership Expansion team to define, develop, and operate membership models, including type tiers and revenue opportunities.
  • Define, develop, and implement guidelines for mandatory and optional benefits across markets and channels.
  • Lead the approach to capture and use membership feedback and satisfaction to improve and optimize the membership offering.
  • Collaborate with the Segmentation & Lifecycle and Membership Performance teams to use data-driven insights into the design and improvement of existing benefits & rewards and offerings.
  • Partner with the Product Service Design team to design benefits, rewards, and experience offerings aligned with the membership service blueprint.
