Product Manager, Troldtekt's Strategic Growth Partner

Troldtekt is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategic growth and product development in our innovative acoustic solutions company.
As a key player in shaping the company's future, you will be responsible for managing product portfolios, evaluating new opportunities, and transforming them into business value.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product management, a commercial or technical background, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Located in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Hamburg, or Eindhoven, this role offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the Job
Job Description:- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop a clear product vision and strategy for Troldtekt's growth.
- Product Development and Launches: Evaluate new product ideas, define value propositions, and lead development projects as Chair of Troldtekt's Idea Panel.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Analyze market trends and initiate necessary actions like promotions, optimizations, or discontinuations to ensure products remain competitive.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and implement corrective actions based on feedback to drive product enhancements.
- Commercially minded with a balance between customer needs and company objectives.
- Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of technical subjects.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
- Project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
