About the Role

At e-conomic Danmark, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive our product's success. This role will be responsible for co-creating and executing a powerful product strategy that addresses the unique challenges of larger SMBs in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a comprehensive product strategy that meets customer needs and drives business growth.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers focusing on companies with 10-99 employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Drive the execution of our 2025 goals for the Product Line, prioritizing initiatives that align with our commercial growth ambitions.
Requirements
  • Natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to adapt and learn from customer feedback.
  • Strong commercial acumen, driven by delivering real value for customers and company growth.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in environments like accounting and software.
  • Strategic thinker who can set direction and roll up their sleeves to get things done.
  • Possess a deep understanding of larger SMBs' needs, with industry knowledge outweighing the need for an extensive product management toolkit.
