Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, is seeking a skilled Strategic Partner Account Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will establish and grow Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage relationships with service providers to increase adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services
  • Grow incremental Annual Recurring Revenue/sales through effective sales initiatives and strategic planning
  • Train, onboard, and enable new/prospective service providers to maximize their potential
  • Deliver regular business forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to the Acronis sales management team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners to expand our customer base
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with assigned SP partners
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other teams to ensure seamless account management

Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience, specifically with strategic large accounts experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and managing service provider partners, with a focus on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies
  • Solid strategic business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills
  • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Management of daily activities through CRM applications including Salesforce
  • Regional travel is required in the role; must be willing to travel on a frequent basis, up to 50% of the time
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
