Become a member of Benify's sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in the employee benefits technology industry.

You'll focus on the Nordic market, working closely with our Copenhagen office. Your primary responsibility will be to identify client needs and craft strategic solutions that drive revenue growth. To achieve this, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to identify opportunities for strategic growth.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll have the chance to work with larger enterprise customers in the Nordics. You'll be responsible for conducting pre-sales activities, including marketing strategies, software demos, and creating compelling business cases. Additionally, you'll participate in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities.

We're looking for someone with at least 3-5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, preferably with experience in complex SaaS-sales and/or sales experience in HR Tech. Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners is also beneficial. A strong problem-solving mindset, combined with a results-oriented approach, will be essential in closing deals with clients.
