About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to join our team at TwentyThree ApS. As a key member of our RevOps team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Client Directors, Sales, and Partner teams by streamlining processes, managing data, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement Support

You'll work closely with our RevOps team to refine and update processes, ensuring our teams have the resources they need to succeed. This includes maintaining and updating slides, tools, and other resources to keep everyone on the same page.

Tool Support and Optimization

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll collaborate with our RevOps team to manage and optimize the tools our teams rely on. This includes providing support for training and ensuring everyone gets the most out of these tools.

Data Management and Accuracy

You'll play a critical role in assisting with data enrichment and accuracy in our CRM and other databases. This includes helping the team regularly audit and clean data to ensure our teams have reliable information to work with.

Ad Hoc Support

You'll be responsible for providing support on various tasks as needed, such as assisting with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including helping with packing and organizing materials for these programs.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. While experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops is a plus, it's not a requirement. You should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales/marketing tools.

We're also looking for someone who is tech-savvy, with experience in Google Sheets and presentation software (KeyNote).

Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible work arrangement of around 16-20 hours a week, with the ability to fit around your schedule.
