A career opportunity awaits an enthusiastic marketer in MedTech to provide better patient care. 3Shape's growing Marketing team invites applications for a Maternity Cover position to support next-generation dental solutions.

This role requires a motivated individual working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will co-drive the planning, development, and execution of commercial launches, campaigns, and creative projects. Key responsibilities include cross-functional planning, campaign roll-out, and creative launch toolboxes.

The 'Product Marketing & Global Events' team consists of 10 stellar Marketing and Event Managers. This team is responsible for implementing marketing commercialization of 3Shape solutions (hardware, software, services, accessories) for all relevant customer segments. They also secure organizational readiness across functions and provide sparring and best practice sharing to local markets.

Primary Results:

  • Drive small and medium-sized product launches from conception to launch roll-out.
  • Develop competitive value propositions, key selling points, and enticing product messaging.
  • Generate insights and trends within digital dentistry to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Brief internal and external teams on messaging creation, creative, organic/paid media, and others.
  • Oversee, review, and approve content.

Professional Competencies:

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Brand, or similar.
  • 2-3 years full-time commercial experience in a global organization.
  • Strong stakeholder, time, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional projects, preferably in B2B space.
  • Creative marketing toolbox with a clear understanding of activation channels and their impact.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into commercially crafted messaging.
