Are you an ambitious sales leader looking to drive growth in a dynamic environment?

We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Director to join our client's team in Copenhagen. This is an excellent opportunity to lead commercial teams and scale the business internationally.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial teams, defining scalable processes, and optimizing the operating & business model. You will work closely with the CEO in Denmark and have a wide range of contacts within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing commercial teams globally
  • Developing and implementing scalable processes and systems
  • Optimizing the operating & business model for high quality and efficiency
  • Executing the vision and helping set the direction for the company

You Will Be Successful If:

  • You have +3 years of experience from a similar role e.g. CCO or Head of Sales
  • You have experience from working in high growth companies and know how to scale a business
  • You have a doer mindset that can drive projects forward to deliver excellent results
  • You have a leader DNA, who leads by example and motivates and creates the right structure for people in the organisation
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to develop and maintain relationships with customers

  • Experience from a software/tech company
  • Experience from a start-up/scale-up company
  • Can speak and write Danish at a high level

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €70,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
