Global Beauty Account Manager

eBrands is a Nordic technology-driven consumer goods company focused on brand development and management, with an extensive portfolio in the beauty and wellness categories for both women and men. With over 20 brands, our primary market is the United States, and we seek growth in the Nordic region.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Global Beauty Account Manager to drive sales by acquiring and managing customer relationships in the Nordic region's Beauty & Wellness industry. This position involves taking part in developing our Beauty & Wellness brands, leveraging local market knowledge and solid experience, and building a strong network within the beauty and wellness industry's retail and distribution channels.
This hybrid role balances work between our Helsinki office and Nordic customers, with opportunities to be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, or Helsinki. The ideal candidate will increase sales and support the success of our retail partners, act as a strategic partner for our Beauty & Wellness brand portfolio, and develop channel brand awareness through campaign implementation and marketing activities in the Nordic Region.
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant commercial education and experience in Key Account Management and business development roles, particularly within the beauty industry;
- Understanding of the industry markets and players in the Nordics, with experience in expanding sales networks;
- An entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to developing our clients' businesses;
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently, analyzing markets, and developing effective sales strategies;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish and Finnish is a plus;
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Nordic region;
- Capability to measure and improve work through data and KPIs.
eBrands offers a competitive salary ranging from €65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent development opportunities in a rapidly growing company.
