About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for building awareness of our solution, Autoflows, in the Italian market and driving leads to customers through a strategic go-to-market approach.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a growth plan for the Italian market, including email campaigns, social media marketing, gated content, and telemarketing initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with our marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
  3. Project manage the execution of activities, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  4. Track performance and adjust the plan accordingly.
  5. Manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline.
  6. Account manage client relationships until handover to our Customer Success team.
  7. Work closely with our commercial colleagues to align on growth strategies and share best practices.

Requirements
  1. A commercial background with a proven track record of business growth, preferably in a tech company.
  2. Experience in building and maintaining a go-to-market strategy and plan.
  3. Ability to execute a plan with email campaigns, social media marketing, telemarketing, white papers, and similar initiatives.
  4. Experience in holding sales meetings and webinars.
  5. Demonstrated client relationship management capabilities.
  6. Proven commercial awareness and business acumen.
  7. Native Italian speaker.
