Senior Commercial Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Performance Manager to lead our Membership & Personalisation team in a dynamic global role where innovation meets impact.
This position will be responsible for developing and driving adoption of commercial planning, target setting, and risk management frameworks. The successful candidate will oversee the forecasting and target setting process, supporting M&P Performance and aligning with LEGO Group's OKR and LEGO Retail's planning process.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in commercial performance management, finance and/or analytics, with advanced Excel experience and strong structured problem-solving & communication capabilities. They will excel at communicating with senior collaborators, conveying clear, concise and actionable recommendations based on solid foundations.
The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with key stakeholders across M&C, Finance, LEGO Retail, PMD, and Digital. The successful candidate will be a collaborative communicator with experience working across cultures and time zones to build strong, lasting relationships.
