Specialties Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager for our Specialties department to lead our commercial activities in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and enhance client engagement in the Nordic region.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and fostering enduring partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the Nordics.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage contract negotiations and administration, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company policies.
- Create and execute pricing strategies and marketing campaigns to boost sales and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company ethics standards.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery, performance, and issue resolution.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales performance, including training, process enhancements, and the adoption of best practices.
- Min. 5 years of experience within a similar position and with proven experience in Business development and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and marketing campaign development.
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
