About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Division in Denmark and Norway. This is a pivotal sales role within Abbott, requiring strong business skills and the ability to handle multiple management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver on call plans and account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Deliver winning offers as responses to tender requests.
- Use initiative to respond to internal and external issues.
- Persist despite obstacles and opposition, demonstrating self-drive and flexibility to travel 3-4 days per week.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree standard education in scientific or business discipline.
- Strong commercial background within a marketing company environment at a Sales Representative level.
- Experience (clinically or commercially) within cardiology.
- Strong English skills with good knowledge of Swedish.
- Influential skills, gaining commitment through effective influencing and stakeholder management.
- Selling skills, building relations, and teamwork.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between 120,000 - 150,000 DKK annually, depending on experience.
