About Our Team
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to further enhance our strong reputation and brand identity in the areas of Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Operations in the UK. This role is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our marketing team and better serve our customers.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel campaigns in the marketing plan, targeting existing customers and prospective customers. This will involve creating copy and creative assets for campaigns, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting with planning, managing, and attending customer engagements such as webinars, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel campaigns in the marketing plan, targeting existing customers and prospective customers.
  2. Create copy and creative assets for campaigns including landing pages, emails, social media, adverts, news, blog posts/articles, customer cases, videos, etc.
  3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  4. Assist with planning, managing, and attending customer engagements such as webinars, seminars, and conferences.
  5. Analyze and monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions as and when required.
  6. Create and maintain content for the website.
  7. Update marketing lists and databases to ensure content is being targeted for relevant audiences.
  8. Manage and run campaigns on social media channels (organic and paid).
  9. SOURCE advertisement opportunities with media partners, press, industry experts, etc.
  10. Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research.
  11. Liaise with external agencies, designers, and printers.
  12. Report on ROI/campaign performance and leads generated.
  13. Manage internal marketing budget and budgets with our partners.
  14. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
  15. Create brand compliant content for the sales and marketing teams as and when required e.g. presentations, flyers, etc.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 2+ years' experience in marketing.
  2. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  3. A degree in marketing or related field desirable but not essential.
  4. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  5. Knowledge of Paid Social & SEO desirable but not essential.
  6. Video creation and editing skills desirable but not essential.
  7. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  8. Keen eye for design.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Have a creative mindset with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  11. Skilled organizer with attention to detail.
  12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
