The Global HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the company's international growth and development, working closely with the team to implement the overall long-term People & Culture strategy globally. This includes providing day-to-day operational support to the HQ population split across Copenhagen and Paris offices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver best-in-class HR service to people managers and employees.
  • Support people managers through all stages of employee life cycles, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and exiting.
  • Lead the rollout of the annual performance management process (PDP), designing and delivering related training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with people managers to support performance management and implement required actions, including Performance Improvement Plans and performance conversations.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness and improve engagement, retention, and business performance.
  • Solve employee relations issues and provide internal HR counselling, ensuring professionalism in dealing with challenging cases.
  • Support HR Operations Coordinator with administrative tasks, including contract drafting and international mobility.
