The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Nordic sales team and looking for a talented individual to join our mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, making Superb the #1 platform for hospitality businesses in your market.
To achieve this mission, you will employ a consultative sales approach. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, and cafes in your territory. These are tight-knit communities where everyone knows each other, so you will need to be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals.
You will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting, demos, to closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts. Understand the struggles of customers and approach each conversation with a consultative approach. Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market. Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a closing sales role (+1 year)
- Cold-calling experience into various local businesses (preferred)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the industry
- Fluent Danish and comfortable with English as our business language
- Lives in/near Jutland and able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great at building relationships
- Collaborative team player mentality
