About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Assistant to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, streamlining, and monitoring project activities
- Organizing meetings and events, including preparing agendas and following up on action items
- Updating and coordinating the project budget
- Performing IT-related tasks, such as maintaining the project's Microsoft Teams site and updating the project plan
- Completing ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a position related to project administration
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience working on projects in an administrative role
- Flair for IT systems, especially within MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Confidence in working with updating and coordinating budgets
- Proficiency in either Danish or English at business level and located in Denmark
