Department Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Operations Coordinator to join our team at Novo Nordisk. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and optimizing a wide range of administrative tasks and processes across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Manage calendars, coordinate activities, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders
- Support budget and accounts by providing financial control at a department level
- Drive various projects within the department and ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain effective internal and external communication
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and systematic with a high-quality standard
