About the Job:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Advocate to join our AWS team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic customer engagement plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs
  2. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
  3. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to communicate the value of AWS to customers
  4. Become an expert on AWS products and services, with a focus on compute, storage, networking, and security
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and growth within the company

About You:

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience, with a strong background in cloud computing and enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic customer engagement plans, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture, cloud services, and customer-facing roles
