At Zumtobel, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Solutions Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating incoming tasks and projects with sales colleagues, providing customers with product information, advice, and solutions, and ensuring overall order handling and management.

Main Accountabilities
  • Evaluate incoming tasks and projects with sales colleagues to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely product information, advice, and price assignments.
  • Offer alternative solutions as proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the customer service mailbox to ensure prompt and efficient responses.
  • Drive our solution-based selling approach to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee overall order handling and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High-level knowledge of SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Experience in sales order management and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is approximately 55,000-65,000 DKK per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
