We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Bid Manager to join our Growth team in the Nordics. This role plays a crucial role in driving the success of our proposals and growth process by securing new key client contracts and supporting the Nordic Business Development Lead and Client Partners. The location can be Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, where we have our offices. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end bid management experience, technical and commercial expertise, and proposal development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Management: Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposals.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients during the proposal process, addressing any questions or concerns.
