About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Brandwatch.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and engage with potential accounts, aiming to schedule meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the face of Brandwatch, engaging with potential customers and providing them with valuable information about our brand and product.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends, as well as understand the social media landscape.
  • Become an expert on our SaaS product and its applications in the market.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
How You Will Achieve This
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using a range of platforms including Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong.
  • Average 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, with the goal of scheduling platform walk-throughs and starting the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A background in sales (sales and/or BDR and SaaS experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Motivation and determination to succeed, paired with a positive mindset that allows you to exceed targets.
  • Ability to execute and take responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Coachability and self-awareness, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Team player attitude, with a commitment to collaboration and open communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.
