About the RoleThis is a new level team member within the Customer Success team, requiring a self-sufficient, flexible and keen individual to support the existing customer base.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as a key point of contact for a number of customers, handling all their customer success matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships and high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system with customer information.
- Track account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare updates/reports on account status.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and grow opportunities.
- Relevant experience in a customer success environment using telesales across a client base (outbound call experience preferable).
- Experience of updating and maintaining CRM system records as part of the account management process.
- Professional approach to team and client relationships.
- Track record of delivering against targets.
- A passion for delivering great service.
- Good sales, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Emotionally resilient under pressure.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
