Channel Sales Manager

SOUNDBOKS is a dynamic and innovative audio tech company and lifestyle brand. We're looking for a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our commercial function, you'll be responsible for overseeing and developing our sales channels in Europe, nurturing relationships with sales, distribution, and retail partners, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for channel partners, nurturing and expanding existing relationships while ensuring day-to-day cohesion with our go-to-market and sales strategies.
- Work closely with customers to champion sales & demand management, including forecast accuracy, while educating them on SOUNDBOKS values.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with partners, collecting feedback on new market and product dynamics to support shaping our go-to-market approach.
- Drive engagement by maintaining a data-based, in-depth knowledge of partnership progress and roadmaps, keeping SOUNDBOKS strategy as the backbone of your work efforts, and proactively working on fulfilling team sales budgets.
- Take full ownership of dedicated accounts, ensuring alignment with Brand and Channel Marketing teams, and preparing regular updates on pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Oversee and ensure sales order intake in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
- Building strong relationships with partners comes naturally to you, and you understand the importance of data gathered from quality conversations.
- You're comfortable challenging the status quo and engaging in team discussions to reach well-considered, optimal decisions.
- You're known for your high level of accountability and the way you take full ownership of your work.
- You're skilled in leveraging sales data and statistics to make informed, data-backed decisions.
- You excel at forecasting and developing tailored budget plans for specific accounts.
- Trust is central to your role—whether within the team, the organisation, or with the partners you work with outside of SOUNDBOKS.
- Communication is your strength, whether cross-functional, internal, or external—it's what energises you at the end of the day.
- You likely have experience with omni-channel businesses and know how teams need to collaborate for consistency and shared goals.
- Ideally, you've gained experience with another lifestyle brand where maintaining brand integrity is a priority.
- Familiarity with the German market and German language skills will be considered a plus, but won't be a dealbreaker.
