Sales Development Ambassador

Job Overview:
12Build, a Scale Up on its way to conquer Europe, is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth in the Nordic region. As part of an international team, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels including email, social media, and cold calls.
- Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring they align with our solutions.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, follow up on leads, and schedule online or face-to-face meetings for Solution Experts.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system Hubspot.
- Events: You will be actively involved in activities that contribute to increasing the visibility of 12Build within the Nordics, such as organizing customer days or attending construction trade fairs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
