We're looking for a strategic Senior Program Manager to join our Global Customer Success team. As a key member, you will help define and deliver customer success initiatives, aligning with business goals. This is a crucial position within our organization, where you will establish the Customer Success function in our regions through strategies and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.



Responsibilities include:




  • Developing and implementing Customer Success programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on improving onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Optimizing customer engagement by designing and refining processes and tools that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborating with regional Customer Success teams to align goals and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges, develop solutions, and improve overall experience.
  • Analyzing customer insights and performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Acting as a strategic business partner to regional teams, setting clear direction and measurable targets to ensure success.


Qualifications for this role include:




  • Experience in developing and implementing Customer Success Programs, processes, and tools.
  • A good understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading commercial initiatives and projects across global and local teams.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
