The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing the Air Charter strategy.
  • Leading the global team to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high levels of satisfaction among clients and colleagues.
  • Ensuring all operations comply with Maersk's legal and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the global team to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Deeply understanding and anticipating client air charter needs, delivering creative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Air Freight Teams, Key Client Managers, and Vertical owners, to promote Air Charters and drive business growth.
  • Conducting training sessions to empower Maersk colleagues to promote Air Charters.
  • Driving and supporting client meetings to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Engaging with airlines, GSAs, aircraft owners, and other third-party partners to optimize operations and cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant contracting with both partners and clients in cooperation with the Legal team.
  • Overseeing shipment execution, traffic rights, load planning, and other operational aspects to maintain high-quality standards globally.
  • Continuously monitoring and enhancing Air Charter service performance, ensuring global client and colleague satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to identify new markets, forge partnerships, and expand service offerings to increase Maersk's presence and revenue.
