Nordic Sales Expansion Manager

At Omnea, we're seeking an ambitious and hard-working individual to drive our Nordic sales expansion as our first 'quota-carrier' in the region. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for scaling our early-stage business, building relationships with CFOs and procurement leaders, and navigating complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses.
We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable, who is entrepreneurial, competitive, and cares about their career. You should have a track record of exceptional performance, good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people, and drive change.
- You will spend 12 or more weeks in the first 5 months onboarding with us in London (UK), where you'll learn how to take a product to market and scale to millions in ARR by actually doing it.
- You'll be one of the first to join our Nordics office, reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer & working alongside an experienced team who have done this before.
- As we expand our ideal customer profile and find success in other sectors and geographies, you'll help create our sales processes, experiment with different messaging and outbound strategies, and become the best person in the company at explaining and pitching the product.
