Culinary Sales Role at Cozymeal, Inc.

Cozymeal, Inc. is a leading global marketplace featuring the best culinary experiences and products. As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for selling our top-rated cooking classes, private chef experiences, culinary tours, and chef-curated cookware to clients.

We are looking for a Sales Support Associate with strong experience in inbound and outbound sales to join our team. This role will have a lot of growth opportunities and is compensated through a base compensation + commission.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up with client inquiries via email and phone.
  2. Be an expert in the experiences featured on Cozymeal, selling the right experience to clients.
  3. Continuously work to improve the sales process and offerings on Cozymeal.
  4. Meet the following requirements:
    1. 4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience.
    2. 4+ years of phone sales experience.
    3. Revenue-driven with a track record of exceeding monthly and/or quarterly targets.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    5. Efficient time management and ability to work free of distractions in a home office environment.
    6. Ability to work 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday).
    7. Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email.
    8. CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk).
    9. Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
