  2. Process Optimization: Define procedures and methodologies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and collaborate with our Insights Team for automation.
  3. Service Delivery Performance: Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and drive future demand.
  4. Strategic Planning: Analyze third-party and internal processes to create strategies for optimizing service delivery.
  5. Customer Engagement: Assess feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  6. Invoicing and Contract Management: Oversee customer invoicing, contract obligations, renewals, and KPI tracking.

You have extensive experience in a corporate or service provider environment and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. You excel at building and maintaining positive relationships and have a proactive problem-solving approach.

We expect that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other service delivery disciplines.
  • Mastery of ITIL principles.
