Job Title: Recruitment Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Recruitment Director to lead our HR team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including job descriptions, interviews, and talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and recruitment channels to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Select and implement advanced recruitment systems to track and manage applicants efficiently.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives to promote career growth and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Danish employment laws and EU regulations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and report on recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, or Organisational Development.
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of Danish employment law and EU regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process in technical environments, particularly within IT and AI fields.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work with classified information and willingness to sign non-disclosure agreements.
Offered Benefits:
  • The role is based in Copenhagen.
  • A company car is provided, valued at up to DKK 300,000 (leased and replaced every three years).
  • Official working hours are 37 hours per week, with six weeks of annual leave.
  • A competitive annual salary of approximately DKK 936,000, including an 13% pension contribution funded by the company.
  • Travel across Europe and internationally, with up to 10 days of travel per year.
