Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic IT plans that support the organization's technology, security, data, and compliance objectives.
  2. Manage and oversee the entire IT infrastructure, IT operations, and cyber security frameworks.
  3. Establish and enforce IT and cyber security policies, systems, personnel, and projects to support the strategic IT and security objectives.
  4. Manage and control the IT budget, ensuring that spending is in line with the organization's priorities and objectives.
  5. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the IT team to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services.
  6. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business unit leaders, and external partners.
  7. Lead and manage large-scale IT and cyber security projects, from conception to completion.
  8. Ensure that the organization's IT systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Manage the IT supply chain and all IT vendor relationships.
  10. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the organization's IT systems and data.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Director or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, software, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale IT projects, managing budgets, and overseeing teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and/or Microsoft Azure are preferred.
