Main Responsibilities- To align our staffing plans with business priorities and ensure the right people are matched to the right projects.
- To partner with our recruiting leads to identify and prioritize recruitment efforts based on business-critical needs.
- To develop and maintain structured onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration for new colleagues.
- To collaborate with our management team to build and execute training and development initiatives, ensuring our teams have the competencies needed to meet evolving business demands.
- To own and manage our HR system (TalentTech) in partnership with our Chief of Staff, ensuring data accuracy and effective system utilization.

- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning — ideally within the management consulting industry.
