Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Home Sales Team Leader to join our team in København, Denmark. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of product care.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a symbolic leader, supporting the management team in executing daily store operations and collaborating with Sales Advisors to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities for increasing sales and implement effective strategies to achieve commercial goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product handling and sales activities, ensuring seamless execution of daily and weekly plans to secure sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement cost-conscious practices to ensure products are maintained in excellent condition, maximizing resale value.
  • Ensure the sales floor and back-of-house areas are consistently clean and organized, promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Optimize product availability through efficient inventory management, from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
  • Adhere to established routines at cash & service desks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based at Arne Jacobsens Allé in København, Denmark, working in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of 40,000 - 60,000 DKK per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
