Senior Customer Experience Lead

- Identify gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey and develop strategies to fill/leverage them.
- Represent and implement VML MAP's proven frameworks and methodologies to set the strategic direction for outstanding data-driven connected customer experiences.
- Actively contribute to engagements with brands using a customer-centric approach, prioritizing experience strategy at every touchpoint.
- Consult both internally and externally, defining engaging omni-channel customer journeys connecting relevant consumer moments through data, tech, content, and insights.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration of our capabilities to meet project deadlines and ensure industry-leading quality and client satisfaction.
