Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our client relations team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve high standards of service and departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships and lead teams to successfully deliver customer projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Lead departmental projects and initiatives, conduct capacity planning, and assist the business development team with RFP/RFI review.
  • Oversee forecasting, backlog, and projections for existing accounts and direct reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
  2. 10 years of relevant experience, including experience establishing and managing a high-quality department/core team.
  3. Knowledge of FDA guidelines and their impact on operations.
  4. Good team leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to establish effective working relationships.
