Senior Director, Customer Success

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our client relations team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve high standards of service and departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships and lead teams to successfully deliver customer projects.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
- Lead departmental projects and initiatives, conduct capacity planning, and assist the business development team with RFP/RFI review.
- Oversee forecasting, backlog, and projections for existing accounts and direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including experience establishing and managing a high-quality department/core team.
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and their impact on operations.
- Good team leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to establish effective working relationships.
