Support Air Passengers in Obtaining Compensation
As our new Administrative Case Worker in the Operations department, you will play a crucial role in assisting air passengers in obtaining the compensation they are entitled to. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing flight cases, and preparing cases for Scandinavian courts.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assess and process flight cases to ensure accurate compensation
- Prepare cases for Scandinavian courts, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Validate files and customer data to maintain the highest level of accuracy
- Manage customer communication, providing clear and concise information to air passengers
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, optimizing workflows and implementing new technologies to increase efficiency
- Perform various ad hoc tasks to maintain a dynamic work environment
- Fluent Norwegian and English language skills, with a strong emphasis on written and spoken communication
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and bring a positive, proactive mindset to the role
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on responsibility and work-life balance
- Motivation to help both colleagues and customers, with a "can-do" attitude that inspires others
- Service-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain a clear overview even in busy situations
