Administrative Case Manager

We're on a mission to revolutionize the air passenger rights landscape, and we need your expertise Flyhjælp, part of the Allright Group, has already helped over 350,000 passengers obtain compensation. As our new Administrative Case Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this movement.
Your RoleIn our Operations department, you'll work closely with our team to manage customer interactions, process cases, and optimize workflows. Your tasks will include:
- Assessing and processing flight cases to ensure accurate compensation for passengers
- Preparing cases for Scandinavian courts to protect passengers' rights
- Validating files and customer data to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Managing customer communication with empathy and service excellence
- Contributing to ongoing process improvements to enhance our services
