Your Role

In our Operations department, you'll work closely with our team to manage customer interactions, process cases, and optimize workflows. Your tasks will include:

  • Assessing and processing flight cases to ensure accurate compensation for passengers
  • Preparing cases for Scandinavian courts to protect passengers' rights
  • Validating files and customer data to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing customer communication with empathy and service excellence
  • Contributing to ongoing process improvements to enhance our services
