Responsibilities include:

  • Selling the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform to existing customers and new leads
  • Building positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers
  • Developing and driving the overall long-term strategy for the account
  • Coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
