We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative outbound representative to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives to new heights.

Position Overview:

The BDR at Fullview plays a pivotal role in driving the company's top-of-funnel sales. We are open to a range of seniority, but 1-2 years of relevant outbound sales experience in startups or relevant internships is a big plus. You will be one of the early sales hires at Fullview, hence have the chance to build a playbook with the founders and grow personally with the company. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline via outbound (LinkedIn, phone, emails) to bring opportunities in mid-market deals with ACVs of +$30K ARR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of mid-market companies via sniper-hunting and booking demos.
  • Conduct your own outbound activities.
  • Be comfortable with cold outbound via email, LinkedIn, and phone, and meet a minimum of 8 meetings booked per month which you will work with Fullview founders to close.
  • Execute social selling playbooks on LinkedIn.
  • Build your brand in the customer support field by crafting great content to appeal to potential prospects, and use best-in-class social selling techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with founders who currently lead sales to build repeatable playbooks over time.

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience from SaaS and startups.
  • Experience in a startup setting without predefined structure (Big company experience is great too, but we prefer candidates who've worked in early-stage companies).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest customer support trends and technologies.
