Business Development Representative

The company is a Customer Service Platform that combines several channels into one, offering a human-focused approach to delivering the best customer service experience.
With a strong presence in Europe and a smaller team in the US, the company has grown to 150 employees and is close to breaking even.
To thrive in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as telemarketing, SDR, door-to-door sales, or similar roles, and be fluent in Dutch to effectively engage with the Dutch market.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, curious, good at cross-functional work, a relationship builder, and resilient.
You will be responsible for hitting targets, including holding 20 meetings per quarter, which requires an average of 200 activities per week. The company provides several systems to help you achieve this, including Outreach.io, Lusha, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Navigator.
The role is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. Onboarding consists of 2 intense weeks of training, followed by continuous learning as you go.
Career path: SDR → Sr. SDR → AE/AM. Normally, it takes 6 months of hitting targets to be eligible for a promotion, and most hiring happens from within.
