At Goodwings, we are on a mission to redefine business travel for good. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic outreach efforts.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through prospecting and cold outreaching, driving sales pipeline growth through effective lead-generation techniques, and collaborating with marketing to develop compelling messaging and materials.

  • Key responsibilities include conducting outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects, scheduling meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, and providing feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.

  • As our focus markets are UKI, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, we will prioritize related language and cultural skills.

  • Requirements include located in Europe or UK, previous experience in sales development or a similar role, knowledge of the Business Travel industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and sales automation tools, and a passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
