Als Sales Consultant bei Bolia hast du die Chance, deine Fähigkeiten im Vertrieb und Kundenservice weiterzuentwickeln. In unserem schönen Concept Store in Basel arbeitest du als Botschafter*in unserer Marke und vertrittst uns gegenüber unseren Kunden*innen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Direkter Kundenkontakt – Du bietest den bestmöglichen Service der Stadt.
  • Beratung und Service – Du sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder einzelne Kunde oder Kundin willkommen fühlt.
  • Du erfüllst Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Kunden oder Kundin in unserem Design Atelier, das einzigartige kreative Werkzeuge bietet, damit du gemeinsam mit dem Kunden*innen die richtigen Lösungen findest.
  • Starker Fokus auf Verkauf entsprechend Budget und persönlichen Zielen, die wir gemeinam setzen.
  • Du unterstüzts die Kunden oder Kundin per Telefon oder Chat bei Fragen oder Bestellungen.
  • Du trägst zu einer verkaufsbereiten, schönen und inspirierenden Filiale bei.
  • Du unterstüzts in enger Zusammenarbeit dem/der Assistant Store Manager*in und dem/der Store Manager*in.
  • Verantwortung für die Filiale bei Abwesenheit der Manager*in.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Kundenservice und gibts immer dein Bestes.
  • Du bist vernünftig und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du bist immer mitten im Geschehen und begegnen Kollegen*innen und Kunden*innen mit einem Lächeln und Engagement.
  • Du hast keine Angst vor Veränderungen und ein natürliches Talent dafür, Herausforderungen zu meistern.
  • Du bist wettbewerbsorientiert und hast keine Angst, dich der Konkurrenz zu stellen, verstehst jedoch auch, dass das Team immer an erster Stelle steht.
  • Du interessierst dich für Möbel und Einrichtung.
  • Du bist flexibel und möchtest Teil eines guten Teams sein, zu dem Du gerne beiträgt.
