We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Hobro. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, analyzing customer segments, and executing commercial roadmaps to maximize market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales policies in coordination with the Sales Director Denmark/Benelux.
  • Maintain top-level customer relationships, including frequent contact-points, active listening, and proactive value-added solutions.
  • Establish a reliable sales forecasting/planning process.
  • Report sales KPIs, define improvement initiatives, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Proactively manage customers' claims through interactions with stakeholders (customers, internal Quality, Production, and Finance departments).
  • Discuss credit limits with the Finance department and ensure tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to build a Marketing & Communication plan and contribute to its implementation.

You will report to the Sales Director DK/Benelux.
