Om stillingen: Vi søger en ambitiøs og datadrevet salgsansvarlig til stillingen som Head of Sales hos vores modenævnet, The New. I rollen som Head of Sales vil du være ansvarlig for at udvikle og eksekvere salgsstrategier, der skaber vækst på tværs af vores kundeportefølje. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med både store webshops og fysiske butikker, hvor du sikrer, at vores produkter præsenteres optimalt og imødekommer markedets behov.

Arbejdsopgaver: Du vil være ansvarlig for at:

  • Udvikle og implementere salgsstrategier målrettet både webshops og fysiske detailhandlere.
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med vores nøglekunder.
  • Identificere nye salgsmuligheder og udvikle strategier for at nå dem.
  • Analysere salgstal og markedstendenser for at justere strategier og drive vækst.
  • Samarbejde tæt med design-, produktion- og marketingafdelingerne for at sikre, at kundernes behov og markedstrends bliver mødt.

Krav: Vi søger en person med erfaring fra B2B-salg, helst inden for modebranchen eller børnetøj. Du skal have stærke analytiske evner og erfaring med at arbejde med data for at optimere salg. Du skal være en dygtig forhandler og relationel stærk, med en proaktiv tilgang til kundepleje. Du skal have interesse i bæredygtige løsninger og trends inden for modeindustrien.
