Job Title: Senior Director of Franchise Beverage Business

PepsiCo Nordic Denmark ApS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Franchise Beverage Business to lead the development and growth of our franchise beverage business in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the franchise beverage business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, bottlers, and trade customers.
  4. Manage and develop a high-performing team to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure PepsiCo remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  1. Higher education with a University degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
  2. Significant breadth of experience in Commercial roles with P&L responsibility, ideally in FMCG environment.
  3. Key Account management experience and understanding of different channel behaviors and strategic trends and metrics.
  4. Skilled negotiator who is able to conduct multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and strategic levels.
  5. Multi-category experience would be preferable.
  6. Franchise experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
  7. Proven change management skills and a track record of engaging and motivating others around a change agenda.
  8. Financial acumen demonstrated with delivery of financial results, cash-flow management and enhanced shareholder value.
  9. Strong results orientation with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  10. Proven success of having grown businesses through execution of marketing and commercial strategies and plans.
  11. Outstanding leadership and team building skills with proven success in developing and motivating individuals and teams to deliver improved business results.
  12. Communication and influencing capability, with demonstrable experience at a senior level both internally and with customers.
  13. Excellent relationship management skills and a strong team player.
  14. A self-starter who is able to operate with a degree of autonomy.
  15. Manages ambiguity effectively and can operate under pressure.
  16. High energy, open, resilient, focused and enthusiastic.
