Senior Director of Franchise Beverage Business

At PepsiCo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Franchise Beverage Business to lead our Franchise Beverage business in Northern Europe. This is a key role that will drive the growth and profitability of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the Franchise Beverage business strategy in Northern Europe, aligned with PepsiCo's overall business objectives.
- Manage a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, bottlers, and customers.
- Drive business growth through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing ones.
- Manage the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the business, and develop strategies to address them.
- Higher education with a University degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- Significant breadth of experience in commercial roles with P&L responsibility, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
