- Relevant Educational Background: Possess a relevant educational background, preferably in a field related to administration or business.
- Biotech or Pharma Industry Experience: Have experience or understanding of the biotech or pharma industry, including GxP and Quality Assurance.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions across teams.
- Strong Communication Skills: Have strong oral and written communication skills in both Danish and English.
