In this role you can be based in Aarhus (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Edinburgh (Scotland), so we are accepting applications for all three locations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Secure and maintain world class customer relationships, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and renewal of service contracts Own the contract; making sure that Vestas delivers according to the contract. Resolve customer issues, providing contractual and commercial support. Identify additional sales opportunities and support service sales department with proposals Keep records of customer interactions and maintain contract related data using internal tools Keep a clear overview of due payments and monitor the follow up Prepare quotations, issue service orders, assess routine customer claims and issue contractual notifications.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a good commercial and /or technical education with previous experience in a customer-facing position, for example in a project management or contract management position, particularly dealing with complex, global customers, ideally in the energy services sector.

We are looking for:

At least Bachelor level education coupled with relevant professional experience Service contract delivery background preferably from the wind industry Proven experience in a customer-facing role Familiarity with wind turbines or rotating machinery, plant, processes, or systems Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Competencies

Understanding of contractual mechanisms of offshore wind projects Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts effectively Networking skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including engineers, sales, legal and accounts. High degree of structure, organisation, and accuracy Creativity and positive personality, focusing on realizing opportunities in a rapidly growing market

Additional information

Location: In this role you can be based in Aarhus (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Edinburgh (Scotland), so we are accepting applications for all three locations.

For this position you can expect travel days per year.
