The Superb Opportunity
We're scaling our Nordic sales team and looking for talented individuals to join our mission in revolutionising the hospitality industry. As a Hospitality Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, with the goal of making Superb the #1 platform for hospitality businesses in your market.
To achieve this mission, you will use a consultative sales approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, and cafes in your territory. You will work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.
Your Responsibilities
- Introduce Superb to hospitality businesses in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand customer struggles and approach each conversation with a consultative mindset
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
Your Requirements
- +1 year of experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Danish fluency and comfort with English as our business language
- You live in/near Jutland and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great relationship-building skills
- A collaborative team player mentality
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, plenty of empowerment, and a range of perks such as learning & sharing environment, social gatherings, and paid vacation days.
